In no event, shall Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“hereinafter Skynet”) and or its subsidiaries and or Network Members to be held liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever in any action of contract or negligence out or in connection with the use the “Pick Up Booking” available on www.skynet.com.my/pickup_booking.
Skynet and or its subsidiaries and or Network Members shall bear no responsibility either jointly or severally, for cancellation from the pick up booking request under “Pick Up Booking” AND Skynet retains its right to withhold copy of the necessary documentation submitted for its filing and record purposes.
The user shall be provided all the obligation/s under the Privacy and Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 with regard to the document/s withheld by Skynet with regard to the “Pick Up Booking”.
You hereby agree that by assessing “Pick Up Booking”, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Skynet’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
